Furthermore, we wade different sections of the Two Medicine River and some of the high mountain lakes in the area. There is always something to learn from every lake or river. Come and experience the solitude and pristine fly fishing Glacier has to offer.
The Accommodations: The lodge itself was built initially as a train station in 1906. The Lodge opened as an Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Lodge in 1996, offering many of the same activities for it's guests that are offered today. The main lodge has been remodeled over the years, yet it still retains the character and charm of Summit Station's historic beginning. The main lodge contains incredible Glacier Park mountain views and the ambience has a vast space. The second floor contains a relaxing area to play pool, watch a movie, tie some flies, or simply to have a cocktail or cigar.
Summit Station Lodge has several comfortable rustic cabins; some of the cabins have 1 or 2 bedrooms. Most of them have two queen beds, a private bath, and charming furnishings. They have all the amenities that you will need. The cabins also have a small front porch with mountain views, a site that you must not overlook as you may see elk, moose or some of our friendly bears! Each cabin offers a quiet and private respite from the work-a-day world.
The View: Mountain views with abundant wildlife!
